Dollar Mixed Ahead Of U.S. Economic Data

(RTTNews) - The U.S. housing starts, building permits and export and import prices for August are set for release at 8:30 am ET Tuesday. Ahead of these data, the greenback traded mixed against its major rivals. While the greenback fell against the yen and the pound, it rose against the franc and the euro.
The greenback was worth 111.46 against the yen, 0.9635 against the franc, 1.3520 against the pound and 1.1976 against the euro as of 8:25 am ET.
