celebration in Chicago. However,
due to record crowds today, the Pier is now closed to all
additional guests effective at 8:05
p.m. As always, the safety and comfort of every guests is
Navy Pier's top priority and we appreciate the public's
understanding to ensure a fun and safe Independence Day celebration for all.
Guests currently at Navy Pier are welcome to stay and enjoy the
4th of July festivities. There will be no re-admittance once
exiting the Pier.
As a reminder, Navy Pier also hosts summer fireworks every
Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. and Saturdays
at 10:15 p.m. through Labor Day weekend.
