Betsy Kinnear has joined the company as corporate director of brand
revenue optimization. With 25 years of hospitality experience,
Kinnear will be dedicated to the IHG, Marriott, Starwood and
independent brands within the JQH award-winning national portfolio.
Kinnear will oversee a team of area revenue managers located
nationwide. She will report to Jennifer Torsleff, JQH’s senior
director of revenue optimization. JQH is a leading private,
independent owner and manager of hotels in the United States,
including operating more than 1 million square feet of superb
meeting space.

Most recently, Kinnear served as vice president of sales and
revenue for Alliance Hospitality Inc., where her responsibilities
spanned a diverse hotel portfolio. While with the company, she also
worked as corporate director of revenue management/e-commerce. Her
impressive hospitality career also includes serving as regional
revenue manager for Red Roof Inn/Accor-North America and as revenue
manager for Columbus Marriott Northwest, among other roles. Kinnear
has been recognized with six Marriott awards for customer service
and as a multi-year member of the Winegardner & Hammons
Platinum Club for being one of the top five revenue managers. She
is a former board member of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing
Association International (HSMAI)/Ohio chapter.
