Assicurazioni Generali Says Finance Chief Alberto Minali to Leave Company

ROME--Assicurazioni Generali SpA said its chief financial
officer and general manager, Alberto Minali, has agreed to leave
the Italian insurer.
Europe's third largest insurer said Luigi Lubelli, head of
corporate finance, will succeed Mr. Minali as chief financial
officer.
Generali Chairman Gabriele Galateri di Genola thanked Mr. Minali
"for his great contribution to the Generali group over the
years."
The news comes after Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA said it is
assessing a potential tie-up with Generali.
