(PotashCorp) announced that the eleven nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of PotashCorp earlier today at the shareholder meeting held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

At the meeting, shareholders also voted: (i) to approve the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the company (97.38% voted in favor), and (ii) to approve the advisory resolution accepting PotashCorp's approach to executive compensation (87.12% voted in favor).
