HBC Announces Election of Directors

HBC (TSX: HBC) announced that all of the nominees listed in its
management information circular dated April 24, 2017
(“Circular”) were elected as directors of HBC at the annual
meeting of shareholders (“”Meeting”) held today in Toronto.

consideration and approval at the Meeting, as described in HBC’s
Circular, was duly approved by the requisite number of votes.
