Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 21 July 2017 relating to the EUR500,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 24 July 2027 (the "2027 Notes") and the Final Terms dated 21 July 2017 relating to the EUR150,000,000 1.600 per cent. Notes due 29 July 2031 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing EUR1,000,000,000 1.600 per cent. Notes due 29 July 2031 issued on 29 July 2016) (the "2031 Notes" and, together with the 2027 Notes, the "Notes")

The Notes will be issued pursuant to the EUR30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
