Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" "MFC" or the
"Corporation") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Arkansas
Surgical Hospital ("ASH") has entered into a joint venture with
Ambulatory Innovation Associates to establish an urgent care center
in Little Rock, Arkansas.

ambulatory care procedures through this new center reflects our

The ASH urgent care center will be designed to offer one-stop
care for people of all ages who have a non-life-threatening illness
or injury. As well as a complete medical staff, the center will
provide imaging, laboratory and diagnostic services.
