The following Final Terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 14 September 2017 relating to the HKD 1,115,000,000.00 2.640 per cent. Notes due 13 September 2027 (the "2027 Notes").

The Notes will be issued pursuant to the EUR30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
