International Health Partners (TSX VENTURE:DOC) (the "Company" or "IHP")
announced today that it has negotiated a three (3) month maturity extension on a
previously issued debenture that was in the amount of $ 499,800.00. This
debenture was scheduled to mature on May 31, 2008 but will now mature on August
31, 2008. Both the Company and the holders of the debenture, Altima Dental
Canada Inc., have agreed to maintain all of the existing terms and conditions on
the debenture other than the maturity date extension.


International Health Partners Inc. is a medical and dental "Practice Management
Company" in the business of evaluating and consolidating medical and dental
