Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CDC) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") is
pleased to release the following result highlights from the Burnt Hill Mine
Project drilling program. As can be seen in the illustration below all of the
drilling occurred outside areas of known mineralization (depicted in orange).
The recently completed 5 drillhole campaign was successful in intersecting
mineralization in each hole, expanding the area of the Burnt Hill Mine site.

Findings from this drill program include confirming the continuity of the
mineralization in veins systems within the sediment and the granite host rocks.
This is important as it signifies the mineralization is not constrained by
fractures within the granite. In addition notable silver assays were received.
Prior drill programs at Burnt Hill have concentrated the assaying on tungsten,
tin and moly. Silver has not been tested since Cadillac's first drill campaign
at Burnt Hill in 2007. Based upon results received, a review of the 2007
drilling and the silver results received then has begun. An initial review has
identified notable results there as well.

The drill campaign consisted of 1450m drilled over 5 holes with 1167 samples
selected, including 934 core samples and 233 quality control samples. Three of
the drillholes were selected from those planned to confirm and/or extend the
mineralization identified in the Technical Report and Resource Estimate on the
Burnt Hill Deposit, York County, New Brunswick, Canada, dated September 9, 2009;
the other two holes drilled were designed to investigate the new discovery of
tin mineralization around the summit and southern flank of Burnt Hill.

Assay Highlights by Drillhole

BH-12-01

BH-12-01 was collared N/NE of the Burnt Hill Mine area and encountered veining
within 20m of the collar, this hole is also notable as it intersected tungsten
and moly within the sediments, and intercepted the Burnt Hill Mine #1 Vein with
granites in the same hole. In addition zinc was found in the granites and silver
was encountered within quartz veining and quartz alteration.

BH-12-03

This hole, collared to the NW of the mine area, also intersected the Main #1
Vein, in this instance around the start of the sediment/granitoid contact, after
crossing through two clusters of mineralized veins in the sediments. The Main
Vein zone, approximately 200-230m down the hole also contained notable copper
and zinc mineralization, with one sample between 212-212.7 m encompassing
sphalerite clots assaying 2.53% zinc.

This hole, collared furthest to the east to date as seen in the illustration
above, extends the drill tested mineralization at Burnt Hill by approximately
1000 feet. This hole was selected in follow up to successful surface exploration
which found visible cassiterite at the summit of Burnt Hill on a southern flank.
This hole intersected the anticipated jointed sediment for its entire length,
returning tin assays from surface down to approximately 80m on joint planes,
below 150m the same joint planes return copper values with
pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite flakes on the joints.

Assay highlights from this hole include;

This hole was targeted to follow up on tin mineralization visible at surface and
detected by XRF, on the summit of Burnt Hill several hundred metres vertically
above the edge of the granites. Significantly this hole encountered the
consistent presence of small amounts of sphalerite, galena and chalcopyrite
mixed with pyrite on joint planes throughout most of the hole carrying zinc, in
addition notable silver values were also encountered.

Assay highlights from this hole include;

Cadillac is pleased with the results of this program, continuing the positive
development of the Burnt Hill Mine Project. The drill and surface exploration
results will be used to plan the next round of exploration on this property.

Assay results detailed above represent notable values of specific elements above
a cut-off grade of 0.1% W, 0.02% M and 0.03% Sn, lack of a result in a field
does not mean no assay value was received, it simply isn't highlighted. Samples
were selected in the field from drillcore, the drillcore was sawn in half, with
one half bagged, tagged and security sealed in the field under the supervision
of a qualified person. The sealed samples were delivered by hand to Activation
Laboratories in Fredericton, an ISO Accredited facility, where they were prepped
and assayed.

Brian H. Newton of Billiken Management Services Inc. supervised the exploration
program and the assaying, and reviewed and approved the technical disclosure in
this press release.

About Cadillac

Cadillac is a development-focused copper company currently advancing its 100%
owned Thierry Property, near Pickle Lake, Ontario. The Thierry Property consists
of the past producing Thierry Mine and hosts two NI 43-101 compliant resources:
Thierry Mine and K1-1.

In addition, Cadillac also holds a 51% interest (with a right to increase to a
65% interest) in the Burnt Hill Project, a historic tungsten/tin mine taken to
test production by Mr. Norman Brewster P.Geo for Canadian International Paper
during the early 1980's. Cadillac looks forward to resuming the development of
this project.
