The change reflects the Company's decision to rebrand Sustainable Energy
Technologies Ltd as "Eguana Technologies Inc" (See: News Release dated September
4, 2013) as the Company's proven bi-directional low voltage inverter emerges as
the high efficiency global leader for distributed residential and commercial
solar energy storage systems. 


The name Eguana was selected because of the connection with iguanas. Iguanas
spend most of their time in the sun storing energy for use at night. Iguanas
survive in harsh climates, are highly adaptable to different environmental
conditions, are efficient, and live for more than 20 years. The name "Eguana"
creates a simple and memorable brand that is linked to energy storage and
resilience under tough operating conditions - shared characteristics of an
Iguana and Eguana's energy storage inverters.
