announced today that Mr. Robert V. Shields has resigned as a director of the
Corporation. Huntington is currently seeking suitable candidates for appointment
to the Board. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Shields for his service to
Huntington. 


HEI is an exploration-focused company actively pursuing opportunities in the oil
and natural gas business in the Western Canada sedimentary basin.
