VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 5, 2014) - Uniserve Communications Corporation (the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:USS) wishes to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement (see press releases dated March 4, 2014 and May 29, 2014) of 6,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Every two Warrants surrendered entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company (a "Share") for a period of one year, expiring June 5, 2015, at the exercise price of $0.05 per. The Company confirms the proceeds derived from this financing remains for the intended use of general corporate and development purposes and that no finder's fee was payable pursuant thereto.
