Management Corp. (TSX: DCM) ("DATA" or the "Company")
is pleased to announce that Mike Coté will be joining DATA as
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy,
effective September 5, 2017. In
this new role, Mr. Coté will lead strategic business development
efforts, and will focus on helping DATA achieve its organic growth
objectives.
Mr. Coté was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief
Commercial Officer at Purolator Inc., a $1.5
billion revenue supply chain solutions company and
Canada's leading integrated
freight, package and logistics solutions provider. Over a
16-year career at Purolator, Mr. Coté held progressively senior
leadership roles with his most recent role including responsibility
for sales, sales operations, alliances, revenue management and
marketing. Prior to joining Purolator, Mr. Coté practiced
corporate commercial and real estate law at Goodmans LLP.

Mr. Coté holds a B.A., Economics from Colgate University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from
the University of Windsor, and an
M.B.A. from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He
recently received his ICD.D designation from the Institute of
Corporate Directors.
