U.K. Telecoms Regulator Investigates Vodafone, Three Over Net Neutrality -FT

--U.K. telecoms regulator Ofcom has launched an investigation
into whether Vodafone and Three have breached European Union rules
on 'net neutrality' in handling data that puts an additional burden
on their networks, especially when customers are overseas, reports
the Financial Times.
--Ofcom will look at Vodafone's traffic-management policies
relating to packages that allow customers to stream content without
using up their regular data allowance, and intends to publish a
wider update into its research in June, according to the FT.
