UniCredit SpA (UCG.MI) said Friday that its board of directors has appointed Fabrizio Saccomanni as chairman of the board and Jean Pierre Mustier as chief executive.

The Italian company said it has appointed Cesare Bisoni as deputy chairman.

UniCredit also appointed members to its corporate offices and board committees.
