Sanofi CFO Jerome Contamine to Depart Later This Year

Sanofi SA's (SAN.FR) Chief Financial Officer Jerome Contamine
plans to retire later in the year, the French pharmaceutical
company said late on Tuesday.
Mr. Contamine, who was appointed CFO in 2009, will work with the
company to find a replacement and assist in the transition, Sanofi
said.
