TORONTO, June 25, 2018 /CNW/ - Boyuan Construction Group, Inc., (TSX: BOY, BOY.DB.A), a growing construction company in China of commercial, residential and municipal infrastructure projects, announced today that it has started construction on three new projects in Zhejiang Province with a combined total value of US$109.4 million.

"We are continuing to grow our footprint in Zhejiang Province, initiating construction on three new projects," said Mr. Cai Liang Shou, Chairman and CEO of Boyuan Construction Group. "One of the projects is an addition to our already robust portfolio in the city of Jiaxing, which has been the focus of our strategic development plan for several years. Two more projects are located in Pinghu, a growing city near Jiaxing with an attractive investment climate for multinational corporations."

The first project is a residential development in Pinghu City of Zhejiang Province, with a contract value of US$42.6 million and a construction area of 150,900 square meters. This project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of calendar year 2019.

The second project is a residential development in Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province, with a contract value of US$47.4 million and a construction area of 161,740 square meters. It is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2019.

The third project is a commercial development in Pinghu City of Zhejiang Province, with a contract value of US$19.4 million and a construction area of 41,821 square meters. It is expected to be completed in the third quarter of calendar year 2019.
