Inc. ("McCoy", "McCoy Global" or "the Corporation")
(TSX:MCB) today announced that Ms. Lindsay
McGill has been appointed Vice President & Chief
Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Corporation, effective
September 4, 2018. Ms. McGill will be
re-joining McCoy from EPCOR Utilities Inc., where she held a senior
management position overseeing corporate tax planning and
compliance.
"In addition to Ms. McGill's technical expertise, her deep
understanding of McCoy's business will be an asset to her role as
CFO and to the finance team," said Jim
Rakievich, President and CEO of McCoy Global. "As McCoy's
former Director of Finance, Ms. McGill demonstrated aptitude,
strong leadership capabilities, and developed an excellent rapport
with her colleagues, so I know I can speak on behalf of the Board

McCoy."
As Director of Finance with McCoy Global, Lindsay was
accountable for financial reporting, forecasting, treasury, and
global tax planning and compliance. Prior to her role at McCoy,
Lindsay was employed with KPMG LLP, where she led large public and
private company audits, corporate income tax planning and
compliance engagements. Ms. McGill graduated with a Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of Alberta
and a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. She also holds a
Chartered Accountant designation and has completed the Canadian
Institute of Chartered Accountant's In-Depth Tax
Specialization.
