TransGlobe Energy Corporation Announces Declaration of Dividend

TransGlobe Energy Corporation ("TransGlobe" or the “Company”) (TSX
& AIM: “TGL” & NASDAQ: “TGA”) announces that
its Board of Directors has declared dividend of US$0.035 per common
share, which will be paid in cash on September 14, 2018 to
shareholders of record on August 31, 2018.
The dividend is designated as an eligible
dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada).About
