On September 11, 2018, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the increase to C$3 million of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of Units of the Company. A copy of the September 11, 2018 press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
