The voting results for the remaining matters were as follows:

  • Appointment of Auditors: 99.96% of the votes were in favour of the resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as auditors of the Company until the next annual meeting, and 0.04% of the votes were withheld; and
  • Re-approval of Stock Option Plan: 92.68% of the votes were in favour of the resolution to re-approve the stock option plan until the next annual meeting, and 7.32% of the votes were against.
