Cadim Fonds Inc. is owned by Cadim Inc, which in turn is owned by

Formal notification of Citrus Holdco Limited's total holding following:
(i) the close of the recommended unconditional mandatory cash offer by
Citrus Holdco Limited (formerly known as Citrus UK Bidco Limited) for
easyHotel on 1 October 2020, as disclosed in the offer closing announcement
released on that date, and (ii) subsequent market purchases of easyHotel
shares by Citrus Holdco Limited in January and February 2020. The later
market purchases did not in themselves require disclosure under DTR 5.1.2.
