Result of AGM

The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 8(th) October 2021.

Resolutions 1-11 were all passed as proposed, by a majority in excess of 99%

Resolution 12 required every three years under the Articles of Incorporation which would have required the directors to submit proposals for the discontinuation of the Company was rejected by a majority of 94% in accordance with the recommendation of the Board.
