Casino Agrees to Sell Six Hypermarkets for EUR100.5 Million

Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA (CO.FR) has agreed to sell six
Geant hypermarkets in France for a total of 100.5 million euros
($114.2 million), the company said on Saturday.
The supermarket chain said it has signed an agreement with
Groupement E. Leclerc, a French hypermarket chain, for the sale of
the Geant hypermarkets, which it said were loss-making in 2018.
The disposal should take place in the first half of 2019, Casino
said.
