| Approach Resources Inc is an independent energy company which focuses on the exploration, development, production, and acquisition of unconventional oil and gas reserves in the Midland Basin of the greater Permian Basin in West Texas. The company's proved reserves are primarily located in Crockett and Schleicher Counties, Texas. It operates through the single business segment being the Exploration and production of oil, NGLs (natural gas liquids) and natural gas. The company's exploration properties include Permian Basin-Project Pangea, East Texas Basin-North Bald Prairie and Proved Oil and Gas Reserves. |
