PR Newswire (US)
Evolve One's AuctionStore.com Becomes eBay Trading Assistant BOCA
RATON, Fla., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Evolve One, Inc.
(OTC:EVLO) (BULLETIN BOARD: EVLO) announced today that the
Company's subsidiary AuctionStore.com has been become an eBay
Trading Assistant and has joined the eBay Trading Assistants
Directory. As an eBay Trading Assistant we will be adding the eBay
Trading Assistant logo to all our listings with HTML code from
eBay. On November 15, 2004 AuctionStore.com initiated its formal
test program and December 1, 2004 AuctionStore.com began formal
operations at its new facility where customers can drop off
merchandise they desire to have sold on eBay.com during normal
business hours. As an eBay Trading Assistant, AuctionStore.com lets
anyone, with or without a computer, easily and conveniently sell
items on eBay by dropping them off at its first drop-off location.
At this location customers may drop off their new or used items and
AuctionStore.com does the rest by: * Creating a detailed,
informative, concise, compelling listing description for Goods to
be listed on eBay. * Entering the listing on eBay.com, *
Professionally photographing their items * Downloading the
photograph(s) to eBay * Packaging the Goods, * Storing the Goods, *
Responding to all inquiries about the Goods from potential buyers,
via telephone and email, * Processing all financial transactions, *
Processing all shipping transactions, * Shipping the Goods and; *
Finally sending the customer a check once funds clear When joining
the Trading Assistants Directory, we tell the world that we are
willing to sell for others. Many Trading Assistants charge fees for
their services. Selling as a Trading Assistant allows us to
leverage our selling expertise without necessarily having to find
products ourselves, clients provide the items, and we are
compensated for our efforts on terms that we decide. By default,
the directory is sorted such that sellers with more experience and
transaction volume on eBay show up first in the directory. On the
search results page, clients can sort the results by User I.D.,
feedback score, and zip code. They can also filter the results by
category specialties, services, and other criteria. This helps them
quickly find the Trading Assistant best suited to their selling
needs. As per eBay, we can promote the fact that we are a Trading
Assistant and may mention that we are a Trading Assistant, in the
descriptions of all our eBay listings. We can even use HTML to
provide a link directly to our profile in the Trading Assistant
Directory. To become a Trading Assistant, we met the following
requirements: selling at least four items in the last thirty days,
having a feedback score of fifty or higher of which ninety-seven
percent or more of your feedback is positive and having our eBay
account in good standing. We have described our specialties, fees,
terms, contact information, and drop-in hours and our profile will
appear in search results when people look for Trading Assistants in
our area. Including our self in the Trading Assistants Directory is
a lot like running a classified ad for our services. Each Trading
Assistant runs his or her own independent business. Trading
Assistants are not employees or independent contractors of eBay,
nor does eBay endorse or approve them. The ability to join the
directory is a privilege, not a right, and eBay can remove our
ability to post a profile to the directory. AuctionStore.com has
entered the eBay program, but we have not entered into a contract
with eBay in becoming a Trading Assistant. In becoming a Trading
Assistant, AuctionStore.com has not negotiated with eBay and is in
no way representing that our arrangement with eBay is exclusive.
Currently, the Trading Assistant program is free. While eBay
reserves the right to charge a fee for inclusion in the Trading
Assistants Directory, eBay states on its website that there are no
plans in the foreseeable future to do so. Should this change, all
Trading Assistants are to be notified well in advance so that they
have ample time to decide whether to remain in the directory. About
