Explanation of Responses:
(1) On April 24, 2023, the Reporting Person exercised a warrant to purchase 311 shares of the Limbach Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") Common Stock for $12.50 per share. The Reporting Person paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in the issuer's withholding of 222 of the warrant shares to pay the exercise price and issuing to the Reporting Person the remaining 89 shares.
