NetApp Inc. said Cesar Cernuda, a veteran of Microsoft Corp., becomes president of the company in July.

Cloud data-services company NetApp said Mr. Cernuda has been Microsoft Latin America's president. Mr. NetApp said that "marketing, sales, and services and support organizations will be combined under" Mr. Cernuda.

Mr. Cernuda was also previously Microsoft Asia Pacific's president.
