Other Events

On May 14, 2020, Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) issued a press release announcing the early tender results of its previously announced registered exchange offers for certain of its outstanding debt securities (the “Exchange Offers”).

On May 14, 2020, Microsoft issued a press release announcing the pricing terms for its Exchange Offers.
