Microsoft Acquires Softomotive

Microsoft Corp. on Tuesday said it was acquiring Softomotive, a
robotic process automation company and creator of
WinAutomation.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Microsoft said the acquisition will allow it to offer customers
additional RPA options, including building bots and automating
Windows-based tasks.
Microsoft also said as of today "all existing Power Automate
customers can immediately benefit from WinAutomation to automate
legacy tasks in the cloud or on their desktops."
