Note
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro
Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. is amending its report on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 7, 2022 (File/Film
Number: 001-33168/221299055) (the “Form 6-K”), for purposes of replacing the passenger traffic report for the month of June, 2022,
with the passenger traffic report for the month of September, 2022. Except as described above, this amendment does not amend any other
information set forth in the Form 6-K.

traffic in September 2022 |
Mexico City, Mexico, October 6, 2022—Mexican airport
operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), reports that terminal passenger
traffic at its 13 airports increased 26.1% in September 2022, as compared to September 2021. Domestic traffic increased 29.9%, and international
traffic increased 0.7%.
The following routes started operations during the month:
Of total passenger traffic, 99.4% was commercial, and 0.6% was
general aviation.
