Not about ego and ambition. Its about funding SpaceX for national security purposes without the government footing the bill all this time. By pumping TSLA funds that are invested in both can liquidate TSLA shares for both profit while they hold SpaceX shares, but also so they can accumulate additional SpaceX shares. With these tender offers, some of the funds can reduce holdings when necessary as other funds that made truckloads off TSLA replace them. Its because of this, in part, that Tesla is allowed to get away with conning and killing people.
It's about ego, ambition, and a whole lot of smoke and mirrors. Tesla, the poster child of Silicon Valley hype, is nothing more than a glorified marketing machine, selling dreams of a futuristic utopia while raking in billions.

Section 3 - The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Section 4 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

Section 9 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

They said all this before Tesla began manufacturing its cars? Because the source articles came way after that.

In a previous post i claimed that "Tesla = fake it until you make it scam" and rhetorical posts like yours just add to that. In other posts ive claimed that Tesla is a bigger scam than what Theranos was. People will say it sells cars, its cant be a scam. Very true, the car part and the energy part of the company are not "fake it until you make it scams"; although how Tesla bailed out the Musk brother purchasing SolarCity was an example. Fortunately for Elon, he's well protected. What makes Tesla a fake it until you make it scam is the fact that Tesla would not have sold nearly as many of its cars and possibly even megapacks without the lies that have been perpetuated about Tesla to help create hype around it. Its valuation would be nowhere near what it is or peaked at and thus fewer investors could have purchased so many Teslas. Elon Musk would not be worth the over hundred billions hes worth, without the misleading claims, mostly by Mr Musk, about Teslas FSD software and what could be achieved by it in a rather short period of time. Reality is that true full self driving is decades away if ever achieved; i lean toward never because of natural phenomena that should make it impossible to safely achieve.
Its possible that Tesla produces a few robotaxis and tests them in cities like Cruise and Waymo do, but this would be just part of said fake it until it makes it scam as the underlying software is NOT safe for true full self driving. Thus, I'd expect Tesla to experience the same setbacks those companies have in the cities they operate in, struggle with expanding to other cities, or even continue to operate in the cities they are allowed to be in . In other-words, it will not achieve true self driving robotaxi network. At least its finally going to try and put the public at greater risk at the same time.

What constitutes a fake it until you make it scam?

it was arguably a referendum on “fake it till you make it” practices, such as intentionally overstating, and thereby misrepresenting, a fledgling company’s current capabilities, success, or profitability, while banking on the notion that its aspirations will eventually follow the desired trajectory and become a reality.
Is that not exactly what Elon Musk did when he made a series of promises 8 years ago that helped Tesla drive its valuation, sell more vehicles, and net him billions in gains via his enormous share count? This scheme was so successful that sales grew in part because a lot of people invested in TSLA, used their gains to buy 1 or more of Teslas vehicles; some of which then sold them for profit on the secondary market because of all the hype around Tesla coupled with shortage in supply. Without said fake it until you make it scam, Tesla and the greater EV market would likely be on its last breath; at least in the US and Europe.

Exclusive: In Tesla Autopilot probe, US prosecutors focus on securities, wire fraud

May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors are examining whether Tesla (TSLA.O), opens new tab committed securities or wire fraud by misleading investors and consumers about its electric vehicles’ self-driving capabilities, three people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Elon Musk’s Big Lie About Tesla Is Finally Exposed

Not long before the pandemic reared its ugly head, the brilliant, serial entrepreneur Elon Musk promised to roll out an Uber-like service enabled by self-driving Tesla vehicles. According to Musk, Tesla owners could expect to earn up to $30,000 per year in extra cash by lending their Teslas out to anyone in need of a ride. Owners and customers would transact on the “Tesla network.”

This self-driving technology already exists. At this point, the network can go live very soon, opening the world to an exciting new way to make money while you sleep.
Back in 2016, Elon Musk claimed that Tesla cars could “drive autonomously with greater safety than a person. Right now.” It was a lie, one that sent Tesla’s stock price soaring — and made Musk among the wealthiest people on the planet. That lie is now falling apart in the face of a new recall of 2 million Teslas. It’s also revealing to the broader public what close observers of Tesla have always known (and the company itself admits in the fine print of its legal agreements): Tesla’s so-called “self driving” technology works fine — as long as there’s a human behind the wheel, alert at all times.
Article fails to include that sales of Tesla vehicles would be nowhere near what Tesla has sold to date without these lies.

By this time Musk had MCed numerous stock price-spiking hype events around the technology, and had been collecting deposits from customers since late 2016 for a “Full Self-Driving” version of the technology. Despite the reported deaths and clear evidence that the only video of a driverless Tesla was heavily staged, even Musk admits that his hype around self-driving technology has been the central factor in the recent growth of his wealth to titanic proportions.

BYD thoughts of Self driving technology

“We think self-driving tech that’s fully separated from humans is very, very far away, and basically impossible,” Li Yunfei, a spokesperson for BYD, said in Mandarin, translated by CNBC.
“When we think about [self-driving tech] from all aspects, from human psychological safety needs, from ethics, from regulation, from technology — including application in this industry — we haven’t figured out [the logic] and we think it is probably a false proposition,” Li told reporters on the sidelines of the Shanghai auto show on Tuesday.
“There may be many industries and businesses that invest a lot of money on this [tech], and after investing for many years it will prove it leads nowhere,” he said.

A Masterclass in Financial Shenanigans: The Tesla-SpaceX Conundrum

So, let me get this straight. Elon Musk, the modern-day Midas, has discovered a foolproof method to fund his interplanetary ambitions: a good old-fashioned pump and dump. It's a truly innovative approach to corporate finance, one that would make Bernie Madoff blush.

By inflating Tesla's stock price, Musk can essentially print money to fuel SpaceX's rocket launches. It's a brilliant strategy, really. He's taking advantage of his cult-like following of fanboys and -girls, who seem to believe that Tesla is the second coming of the automobile.

But let's not kid ourselves. This isn't about innovation or sustainable energy. It's about ego, ambition, and a whole lot of smoke and mirrors. Tesla, the poster child of Silicon Valley hype, is nothing more than a glorified marketing machine, selling dreams of a futuristic utopia while raking in billions.

So, the next time you see a Tesla soaring through the streets or a SpaceX rocket blasting off into space, remember: it's all part of a grand illusion. A carefully crafted illusion, designed to distract you from the reality of a company built on hype and hope.

The pattern is simple. They pump TSLA before Tender offers by SpaceX. Afterwards the price drops.
TSLA is used as a means to help fund SpaceX.

My Model 3 saved my life last night

[posted 11.10.2024]

I'd just picked up my dog from my mother in law's house and was driving home on the FSD trial on a 2 lane country highway. Another car (Buick Rendezvous) ran the stop sign of a crossing road (2-way stop, I had no stop sign) and T-boned me at close to 60mph.

A Tesla Crashed Into a Convention Center at 70 mph and Nobody Cares to Find Out Why - Professional Driver

Then, with no warning, a car shot past at an incredible speed, narrowly missing them. Without braking, swerving, or taking any evasive action, the car flew into the convention center.

“We just sat there in shock and called 911,” Chalmers told Motherboard. “We figured dozens of people were probably hurt in the building.” They were also worried it was part of a terrorist attack, with the driver perhaps trying to blow up the building, because of the seemingly intentional nature of the crash.

“The car went in with such speed, it was clear it wasn’t just a guy who missed his turn or something,” Chalmers said.

Miraculously, the driver didn’t hit anyone inside the convention center with his Tesla; the car happened to strike a support beam that stopped its progress rather than flying into the lobby or striking a nearby elevator shaft.

But, three weeks after the crash, there are still many questions around this potentially catastrophic incident. How did this happen? Was there a mechanical defect with the car? Was Tesla’s notorious software malfunctioning? Was the driver doing something far more egregious than failing to control the vehicle? It seems police departments and government agencies have all given up on trying to figure any of that out.
What makes the lack of investigation additionally perplexing is the lack of a coherent narrative for what happened. There is, at the moment, no plausible evidence-based idea of what the hell happened here. Neither the driver of the Tesla—who was identified in the police report—nor the taxi company that owned the Tesla responded to Motherboard’s requests for comment.

The official story, as laid out by the police report, gives a conflicting narrative. The accident report, which Motherboard obtained from the Columbus police, says the driver “claimed that he lost control of his brakes on SR 315 and exited onto Neil Ave.” He told police the car stayed “at a steady speed of 70 mph” before crashing into the convention center. Three witnesses the police interviewed said “it appeared he tried to speed up in order to make the yellow traffic light.” The driver was not tested for drug or alcohol impairment, according to the report, and was cited for failure to control the vehicle, punishable by a fine up to $150.
A Taxi driver claims that he lost control of the brakes and it would appear steering as well according to accounts as the Tesla made NO attempt to avoid the convention center. Whats really interesting about this is the lack of investigation and followup like someones had this disappear in hopes people would forget about it. Why? Because this incident is just another example of an out of control Tesla indicating the vehicles are malfunctioning because they are computers on wheels susceptible to EM radiation. Theres alot of money and government contracts wrapped up with Tesla and more particularly Musk. Government would want to protect Musk and his endevours.

========================================

The following collection of accidents will show that Teslas have a sudden veering problem, a problem thats being covered up, in addition to issues of Sudden Unintended Acceleration. These accidents occur regardless of the Teslas being operated by intoxicated drivers, regular drivers, professional drivers, Autopilot, or FSD.
This collection was put together to showcase the core problem is actually hardware related not driver/software. When nearly the same crash elements occurs across a diverse collection of use cases regardless of model & year, the only logical conclusion is that there is something wrong with the vehicles themselves and that they pose a significant danger to society. As I already hinted at, there is a newish investigation that indicates that Tesla & NHTSA are purposefully withholding information in regards various AP related accidents including these veering Teslas that works to hide such dangers from becoming more apparent...so people do not catch onto this pattern! I post to the article at the end of this section of the post.

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 4 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person. 1 autopilot case the Tesla veered off the road and rolled into a tree. 2 Autopilot cases suddenly veered into the median. 2 regular driver incidents involved locked steering. It appears as though the Semi suffered some sort of electrical issue causing an engine to catch fire and it veer off the interstate into trees. The Cybertruck incident also involved locked steering but included sudden unintended acceleration.

Researcher Discovers Tesla Design Flaw That May Cause Unintended Acceleration; NHTSA Reopens Investigation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened its investigation into a potential design flaw in Tesla vehicles, which may lead to sudden unintended acceleration. This comes after allegations were made that a voltage spike deep within the control systems could cause the vehicle to incorrectly read an accelerator input, even when none has occurred.

When Voltage Spikes Trigger Unintended Acceleration
Under certain circumstances, such as slow driving, when the power steering requires more power, the draw on the 12-volt battery can cause a significant spike in the system. This voltage surge could lead the inverter to incorrectly conclude that the accelerator pedal has been pressed, resulting in unintended acceleration.

This unexpected acceleration could theoretically happen when a voltage spike, lasting only microseconds, occurs simultaneously as the car performs an ADC check, also lasting microseconds. Belt suggests that the frequency of these events aligns with the 200 or so incidents reported between 2013 and 2019.

Adding complexity to this issue, Belt contends that due to the nature of the fault, it does not get logged as an error. The inverter’s misinterpretation of a voltage spike as a throttle input leaves no trace, leading to discrepancies between Tesla's vehicle data and owners' accounts, possibly explaining why the ODI initially denied the petition.

While Belt's allegations primarily focus on the Model 3, which features a unique inverter design, he notes that similar errors could occur in Model S and Model X vehicles. This opens up the potential for a broader scope in the ongoing investigation.

NHTSA Petition Claims Tesla Sudden Unintended Acceleration Is Real

What's worse is that the incorrectly increased sensor signals will be sent via the CAN bus to the vehicle logs, causing Tesla and NHTSA to conclude that the driver caused the sudden increase in torque by stepping on the accelerator pedal. But in this case, the sudden acceleration was caused not by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal but by a random superposition of a negative-going voltage spike (which is about 100 microseconds long), and the sampling time of the analog-to-digital converter (which is about 10 microseconds long). This random superposition explains the low occurrence rate of sudden acceleration in Tesla vehicles
SUA has impacted every main Tesla car model S/X, 3/Y, & even the Cybertruck. Im not aware of an incident involving a Semi...yet...although the one that drove into the trees with an engine fire may have experienced SUA.
As this issue has impacted just about every Tesla model and year, i doubt Dr Belt's theory in relation to the the origin of the fault, is exactly correct and certainly not easy to fix as its still a problem. Thus i expect the NHTSA will deny this petition at some point despite this issue continuing to plague Teslas. I believe the problem of SUA is EM interference induced which impacts other EVs as well per a study in China. EMI can cause these voltage spikes to compensate from a drop in voltage as described in the following quote. E3 usually pertains to EM blast from a nuclear explosion but during geostorms/unrest this same sort of voltage depression can be observed in electrical systems.

E3 can also affect subtransmission and distribution systems by causing harmonic distortion and voltage depression. The voltage regulators at the substation will attempt to correct for low voltage levels on distribution circuits. This attempt can result in overvoltages when the E3 stimulus decays to a low value

Part 2 - Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control and spontaneously combust.
4). Among the data records during the accidents according to the background data of the crashed vehicles or the data of on-vehicle terminals, the position values of most accelerator pedals were very high(99%) while the values of brake pedals were 0% or only non-zero in very limited moments (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).
Continued very high accelerator pressure with no braking is how you differentiate SUA from pedal misapplication.

Bull of the Day: Tesla (TSLA)
By: Zacks Investment Research | November 22, 2024

Trump is Bullish for Tesla

Zacks clients who follow my work in the Technology Innovators service know that we have been bullish on Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stock Tesla ((TSLA Quick QuoteTSLA - Free Report) ) for a while now (we are up more than 100% in the name currently). In my last “Bull of the Day” article, I also wrote about the stock. However, as I have dug further into the story, I am becoming more bullish, and, in my view, those who missed out on the move so far should not fret as 2025 will likely be a breakout year for the company. Below are the top three ways the Trump victory will be bullish for Tesla in 2025:

1. Trump Deregulation Plans are Bullish for Tesla

CEO Elon Musk has said that he is betting Tesla’s future on autonomous driving and robotaxis. Thus far, Alphabet’s (GOOGL) is winning the battle for robotaxi supremacy. While Tesla’s “Full Self Driving” (FSD) still requires a human to be behind the wheel, Waymo’s robotaxis are live in four cities: Phoenix, Arizona, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, and Austin. While Waymo may win the battle, the robotaxi buildout is in the early innings.

Earlier this week, the Trump team promised to cut back regulations on autonomous driving. The news is huge for Tesla because strict regulations have prevented Tesla from rolling out its delayed (and highly anticipated) robotaxis. Further, Sean Duffy, who Trump named as his pick for Secretary of Transportation, is another bullish signal for the stock. In 2018 remarks, Duffy said that AV “technology can be remarkable in keeping our families and kids safe.”

2. EV Credit Roll Back Will Crush the Competition

Last week, TSLA shares dumped nearly 6% after the Trump team announced they would sunset the generous electric vehicle (EV) tax credits provided by the outgoing Biden administration. The EV credits, part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), provided tax credits of up to $7,500 for “qualified, new, clean vehicles.”

Though TSLA shares sold off on the EV tax credit sunset news, they were likely searching for a reason to after the 29% explosion following the U.S. presidential results. The news is stealthy bullish for Tesla because the tax credit removal will have more of an impact on low-margin EV competitors. For instance, EV pure play Rivian (RIVN) has negative profit margins. Further, traditional automakers like Ford Motor (F) have profit margins of just 1.93%, while Tesla enjoys margins of nearly 9%. In other words, competitor profit margins will be squeezed, and legacy automakers will be forced to focus on higher- margin cars that run on fossil fuels.

3. Trump to Levy Tariffs

Another core tenant of the “Trump doctrine” is using tariffs to equalize America’s many trade imbalances. President-elect Donald Trump has promised to levy equal tariffs on foreign countries that levy tariffs on the U.S. and threaten American jobs. These protectionist policies will work in Tesla’s favor, keeping Chinese competition like Nio (NIO) from entering the U.S. market.

Tesla Gross Profit Continues to Expand

Tesla’s gross profits are expanding and will continue on that trajectory. Cybertruck sales have been through the roof and revenue from its energy generation and storage business is surging at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of ~120% annually.

Heavy & Unusual Call Flow

Joe Kunkle of OptionsHawk (@OptionsHawk) pointed out that a deep-pocketed options player bought $33 million worth of December $370 calls. Call buying of this magnitude is always worth watching.

Long-Term Breakout

Tesla is emerging from a massive long-term base structure, which suggests that the previous all-time highs are likely to be a magnet into 2025.

Bottom Line

EV king Tesla has returned to glory. However, Donld Trump’s election victory is likely to inject even more life into the stock in 2025.

Pinto was a design issue placing the fuel compartment in the wrong spot for rear impacts. Teslas issue isnt design, per se. Its an external/internal EM radiation issue which it has little control over...internal being something it can modulate but not stop. However nothing Tesla has done for the last 12 years has fixed any of its problems with Whompy Wheel, SUA, or sudden Veering. Even the Cybertruck with its EM shielding exoskeleton has the same problems despite what i used to think. Like Ford with the Pinto, Tesla is aware its cars are dangerous and killing people. I wasnt aware of this, but the Pinto became the Escort which didnt have the fire issues of the Pinto.

Tesla may need to look at using Ceramics, instead of metals wherever possible. as metal components amplify EM radiation which could be worsening the problems as well as causing Hutchison Effect. However ceramics are expensive.

The dangers concerning EVs is not just crash/fire related but also a health problem. This is because of the level of EM radiation people are exposed to in these vehicles. This EM radiation can cause seizures and heart anomalies when people are exposed to it. Could even lead to SIDS/SUDS in children as they are exposed to more EM radiation than those in the front seat.

========================================

Tesla's Whompy Wheel issue in action. This can happen to ANY Tesla vehicle, even the newest models, at anytime because of the Hutchison Effect leading to suspension components fracturing. Notice in image 2 how the wheel is bouncing/rolling away, in a balanced vertical position, at a high degree of speed, indicating it is completely intact. Image number 1 shows the suspension scraping the road from the wheel snapping off, causing sparks.
My belief is the wheel was in the process of breaking off when this Tesla became erratic and hitting the left side curb/dirt led to the wheel coming off completely. Based on its speed i suspect it was suffering SUA as well.

Reckless Tesla driver spins out and crashes during morning commute

A morning commute through Bellevue, Washington, took a dangerous turn after a speeding Tesla driver spun out and crashed while trying to pass another car. Recently released dashcam footage of the shocking incident in June captured the Tesla clipping the curb before careening across the road and onto the sidewalk of the opposite lane.
Whomever put this together failed to notice the wheel that broke off this Tesla. Like the Tesla in Coral Gables accident, it appears that this Tesla was suffering from whompy wheel issue which led to its loss in control. After impact with the curb, you can see the wheel rolling away down the road. Meaning that before impact the rear drivers side wheel suspension connection was already fractured and upon hitting the curb, the wheel broke off. Based on how the Tesla was driving it looks to have been suffering SUA as well...just like the Coral Gables accident.

This quote is from the NHTSA investigation of the Coral Gables incident which indicates it was suffering from SUA. The Tesla accelerated to 90mph within 5 seconds and data recorder showed 100% accelerator pressure which indicates SUA as shown in section 2 of this post! You can read about the Hutchison Effect in section 3 of this post which i believe is the cause of Teslas Whompy Wheel issue; basically combination of EM radiation leads to spontaneous fracturing of metals among other phenomenon,
It only stated that the car accelerated to 90 mph in five seconds. The acceleration from 0 to 100% was verified in an instant before the crash.

Heres an example of a Tesla possibly suffering SUA, Whompy Wheel, before crashing into a tree, catching on fire, killing 2. Evidence shows the gouge marks on the road from one wheel coming off.

Tesla Is Sued for Whompy Wheels in Coral Gables Fatal Crash

That defect fits as "whompy wheels," an expression coined by Keith Leech. The British engineer based in Australia decided to investigate Tesla and discovered several crashes in which the suspension had suspiciously failed. Accused of being a short seller by Tesla fans, he became one to dare the EV maker to sue him and prove he was wrong. As far as we know, Tesla never did that.

Published by PlainSite, the lawsuit describes what Nicholas G. Garcia's family believes to have led to his death. They say the Model 3's suspension failed, leading the bottom of the vehicle to hit the roadway. That ignited the cells and made the EV swerve to the left, where it hit two trees in Alhambra Circle. The car exploded and burst into flames immediately after that. Garcia was the owner of the Model 3, and he was driving the vehicle. Jazmin G. Alcala was his passenger.

This was the exact description of the accident given by an eyewitness apart from one detail. Ian Linder Sheldon had a dashcam in his car when Garcia overtook him on Alhambra Circle minutes before the crash. He published a video showing everything on YouTube but took it down at the request of Garcia’s family.

In his tweets about the crash, Sheldon said that it was “the first documented Tesla accident that shows instant battery failure, explosion, and possibly (this is a guess) suspension failure, causing the car to veer left.” Sheldon stated that the vehicle hit a bump, which made it jump “several feet.” That bit is not included in the lawsuit.

Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

Section 5- The computer errors from outer space

Section 7 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

If you say so. I think it’s that cosmic effect and the radiation from cell phones causing the parts to wear.
Maybe even a volcano

Yea they are veering off the road because suspension locks due to a suspension part wearing down faster than it should. Thats not the same thing as Tesla veering issue which impacts every model and year of Tesla. I suspect most of Teslas veering issues is due to fault inside its electric engines driving specific wheels, resulting in locked steering, leading to the veering. However some instances of veering can result form Hutchison Effect causing spontaneous fracturing of suspension components leading to a Tesla to lose a wheel.
Theres a reason Tesla brand has the most accidents and deaths of any brand out there and its Veer/SUA issue is likely the main driver.

(1) I agree with you that very few people will be interested in lending their TSLA cars for Robo
(2) My opinion, TSLA will use lots of their own cars as fleet for Robo Taxi. It is floating around that TSLA will earn about $ 60 K/year/car. Each car (Model 3) is 40 K. So, pretty good business for TSLA

Tesla driver dies after crashing into Fremont apartment complex, sparking fire - Regular Driver

Police are investigating the crash. So far they have determined the vehicle was traveling south on Old Warm Springs Blvd. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the building. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. It has not been determined if drugs or alcohol were a factor in this crash.
The vehicle caught fire while it was still in the building, so out of caution we evacuated the entire building for everyone's safety," Fire Battalion Chief Dan Brunicardi said. "Then we decided to pull the vehicle out once we got the fire knocked down enough to pull the vehicle out of the building."

Officers said they arrived and found the vehicle on fire inside the building. Fremont police said the fire department turned off the sprinkler system. Together with the fire department, they evacuated the three floors above the unoccupied commercial space.
Tesla suffers possible SUA and veers off the road into a building catching on fire which then spread to the building.

New Investigation Suggests Tesla And NHTSA Withheld Info Surrounding Autopilot Crashes
Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

Section 5- The computer errors from outer space

Section 7 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Health First doctor known as "giant in Palm Bay community" killed in car crash

A longtime Health First physician who also donated his services to underprivileged patients has died.

Primary care Dr. Jose Garcia was killed Nov. 15 when the Tesla he was driving crashed into a tree in South Florida. The 55-year-old father failed to negotiate a curve and veered off the road about 11:15 a.m. Friday in Loxahatchee, according to a Palm Beach County sheriff’s report.

His vehicle drove into a wooded area and crashed into a tree. Garcia was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Alcohol and drugs were not believed to be a factor and Garcia was wearing a seatbelt, according to the sheriff’s report.
“The road was not easy, but God gave me many challenges that have made me a better person. It has been a very hard experience, but I do not regret anything,” Garcia told the Latin publication AL DIA TODAY in 2019. “If I had to do it all over again, I would make the same choices. It was crucial for me to go through everything I did in order to practice my career again.”

The doctor joined Health First Medical Group in 2010 and practiced out of Palm Bay.

He also was well known as a volunteer physician at the Delacruz Volunteer Clinic of the Brevard Hispanic Center. The non-profit organization provides free health assistance to individuals with low income and no health insurance.

Javier Molinares, president and founder of the Brevard Hispanic Center, credited Garcia with coming up with the idea for the Delacruz Volunteer Clinic.
These are the types of lives regularly taken by Teslas. Earlier this month 5 people involved with diabeties foundation in Wisconsin perished in a similar manner, albiet they were burned alive after the Tesla struck a tree. Why does this happen? Because Teslas are computers on wheels that suffer glitching due to EM radiation which leads to the vehicles going 'Maximum Overdrive' on their operators. If you havent seen the movie try to watch it. Its an 80s B-movie so its somewhat comical but it shows machines going out of control due to radiation from a passing comet. Reality is that EM radiation emanating from the earth during heightened geomagnetic activity seems to be the cause. Something that will only get more intense and unpredictable as the earths magnetic field continues to weaken. Could also be bitflip related from cosmic rays.

========================================
