2:52 p.m ET--Walt Disney Co. is one of the most talked about companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Activist firm Third Point LLC disclosed a stake in Disney and called for the company to reduce costs, accelerate the purchase of Comcast Corp.'s Hulu stake and consider a spinoff of ESPN.
