Shares of Synacor, Inc. (SYNC) are falling in Thursday's after-hours market, after the company said AT&T Inc. (T) notified Synacor of its intention to select a new provider of portal services for ATT.net.

At 5:35 p.m. ET, Synacor shares had fallen 11.84% to trade at $1.34, on volume of over 24,000 shares. The company's shares lost 1.94% in the day's regular trading session, to close at $1.52.

The technology services company said it was maintaining its second-quarter and full-year guidance, based on the expectation that wind-down and migration talks will "take many months and will be subject to mutual agreement between AT&T and Synacor."
