Ceridian (NYSE: CDAY; TSX: CDAY), a global human capital
management (HCM) company, today announced its first place ranking
within the North American Compliance Suite use case, one of five
use cases in Gartner’s 2019 Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM
Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises.1
Ceridian received the highest score for the North American
Compliance Suite use case, which focuses on the compliance needs of
North America-based organizations with over 1,000 employees who are
predominately paid hourly. These organizations are seeking
solutions covering core HR, payroll, benefits administration, and
workforce management. The report states that successful providers
in the use case are able to satisfy the need for adopters to
“effectively balance cost of ownership, compliance with U.S. and
Canadian requirements, and the ability to handle complex work rules
without customization.”
“Compliance requirements are becoming increasingly complex.
Dayforce helps organizations unlock value by reducing the time,
effort, and compliance risk in managing their workforce,” said
David Ossip, Chairman and CEO, Ceridian.
Dayforce, Ceridian’s global HCM platform, delivers quantifiable
value by unifying data from across the entire employee lifecycle,
enabling better decision-making at every level. The flexibility of
Dayforce’s system helps employers, including those with large
hourly workforces, adapt to complex, ever-changing legislative
requirements while implementing their own unique organizational
policies around pay, time, benefits, and HR.
