Colas has joined Crescita as Vice-President of its Aesthetic
and Cosmeceutical business unit.
Jean's responsibilities will encompass sales team leadership,
brand awareness, go-to-market strategy, marketing communications,
and customer service.

Jean brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and leadership
experience to Crescita. Prior to joining Crescita, Jean
gained expertise growing and leading high-performance sales teams
in North America, at Phytoderm,
Cosinus Beauté International, and at L'Oréal, where he spent 10
years. Most recently, Jean was Senior Vice-President Sales and
Marketing at DermoLab Pharma where he was mainly responsible for
the complete rejuvenation of the Lotus Aroma brand, the development
and expansion of new sales channels in Canada and the U.S. which contributed to the
company's growth. Jean was also responsible for growing the
Contract Manufacturing Organization business.
Jean holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from
McGill University, and an MBA in
Marketing and Finance from Queen's University. Jean is passionate
about education and has been a lecturer since 2002 at both
Concordia University and at the
University of Sherbrooke, where he
continues to lecture today.
