On February 19, 2020, Sun Life
Global Investments announced a number of proposed changes to select
mutual funds, which require securityholder approval. Rather than
May 8, 2020, Sun Life Global
Investments now intends to hold the special meetings on or about
May 21, 2020. There are no changes to
the previously announced proposed mergers and investment objective
changes.
Meeting materials will be delivered in advance of the special
meetings to investors who owned securities on the record date of
March 25, 2020.
