quarter conference call from Thursday,
August 11, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
Eastern time (7:00 a.m. Pacific
time) to Monday, August 15,
2022 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern
time (7:00 a.m. Pacific time)
due to additional time required to complete the accounting
reconciliation requirements related to the Company's cloud &
colocation business lines, which were divested to Hut 8 Mining
Corp. on January 31, 2022. The
complete financial results are expected to be released before
market open on Monday, August 15,
2022.
The Financial Statements and Management's Discussion &
Analysis for the second quarter ended June
30, 2022, along with a presentation in connection with the
conference call will be made available on the Company's website
