Automated Benefits Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: AUT) is
pleased to announce that they will be holding their Annual General
Meeting on June 17, 2010. The meeting will be held at the offices
of Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP, located at 66 Wellington Street
West, 36th Floor, Toronto, and will begin at 11:30 a.m. Any and all
holders of common shares of the Corporation as at the close of
business on the Record Date, which was May 7th, 2010, will be
entitled to vote at this meeting. For more information and for
disclosures related to the year ended December 31, 2009, please
refer to the Corporation's Information Circular, which will be
posted at www.sedar.com.
The Corporation also announces today that 313,932 options will
be issued in accordance with the Corporation's stock option plan.
Of this total, 149,466 options will be issued to each of a Director
and Officer, and an Officer, respectively. The options will vest in
three equal tranches with one-third vesting immediately, one-third
vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date, and one-third
vesting on the second anniversary of the grant date, at an exercise
price of $0.11, as mentioned in the Corporation's Information
Circular. The granting of the stock options is subject to
regulatory approval.
