AZ has dismissed every claim filed against the Company by
the City of Flagstaff with the exception of one breach of contract
claim, regarding a prior licensing agreement. The Company is in the
process of reviewing all pertinent details of the judge's ruling
and will be announcing plans in regards to its well at the
