MONTREAL, May 23, 2019 /CNW/ -- Engagement Labs Inc. (TSXV: EL) announced today that it has increased the offering size of its prospectus offering of Units at a price of $0.06 per Unit as disclosed in its preliminary prospectus dated May 1, 2019 from a maximum of $1,800,000 to $2,350,000 plus a 15% overallotment option.  Completion of the offering is subject to regulatory approval.
