Re: Temporary Relief Measures - Available for NEX Issuers

On March 6, 2009, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") announced
that the temporary relief period for its temporary relief measures
("TRM") was being extended from March 31, 2009 to September 30, 2009.

The Exchange wishes to clarify that, effective immediately, listed
companies on NEX are eligible to apply for temporary relief measures
listed under Section 3 (Pricing) of the bulletin announcing the TRM.
Market participants should refer to the Exchange bulletin dated November
3, 2008 for further information. All other NEX policies will continue
to apply.

Le 6 mars 2009, la Bourse de croissance TSX (la "Bourse") a annonce
qu'elle prolongeait la periode de dispense temporaire, qui devait
prendre fin le 31 mars 2009, jusqu'au 30 septembre 2009.

La Bourse souhaite preciser que les societes inscrites a NEX peuvent a
compter d'aujourd'hui demander l'autorisation de prendre les mesures
enoncees a l'article 3 (prix) du bulletin annoncant la dispense
temporaire. Les participants au marche doivent consulter le bulletin de
la Bourse date du 3 novembre 2008 pour obtenir plus de renseignements.
Toutes les autres politiques de NEX continueront de s'appliquer.

connection with a share purchase agreement (the "Agreement") among
Anfield Ventures Inc. (the "Company"), BHP Minerals Holding Pty Ltd.
("BHP"), the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Pty Ltd. ("Broken Hill")
(BHP and Broken Hill together the "Vendors") and David Strang ("Strang")
dated April 20, 2009. Under the Agreement, the Company and Strang will
acquire (the "Acquisition") all of the issued and outstanding shares of
Mayaniquel S.A. ("Mayaniquel"). Mayaniquel is a Guatemalan company that
controls 21 mineral exploration licenses that total approximately 83,430
hectares in the nickel laterite belt that surrounds Lake Izabal located
120 kilometres northeast of Guatemala City (the "Mayaniquel Project").
Under the Agreement, David Strang, a director of the Company, will
acquire approximately 0.3% of the issued and outstanding shares of
Mayaniquel in order to satisfy Guatemalan law which requires Guatemalan
companies to have a minimum of two shareholders. Mr. Strang will hold
the Mayaniquel shares in trust for the Company. As consideration for
the Acquisition, the Company shall pay the Vendors US$2,500,000 on
closing and grant the Vendors a 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty on any future
production on the Mayaniquel Project.

its interest the Company must issue an initial payment of 250,000 common

must complete a corporate plan of arrangement (or spin-out) thereby
creating a new company ("Newco"), which would require TSX Venture
Exchange approval as well as Court and shareholder approval by November
1, 2010. Newco would then assume the option agreement from the Company
and in order to complete the option it will be required to issue
1,500,000 shares and make cash payments totaling $325,000 to the Vendor
over a three year period.

This agreement is subject to a 2% NSR subject at anytime to a 1% buy-
back by the Company, for $2 million, with annual advance royalty
payments of $20,000 commencing December 31st, 2013.

A finder's fee of 100,000 Company shares has been paid to Axemen
Resource Capital.
