Corporation (TSX Venture: RHA) ("Annidis" or the
"Corporation"), announces that it received the suspension
and reinstatement to trading – notice transfer to NEX from TSX
Venture Exchange.
The notice says, this will confirm that effective May 4, 2018; the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"Exchange") suspended trading in the Company's securities as a
result of a Cease Trade Order issued by the Ontario Securities
Commission. A copy of the Exchange bulletin can be obtained from
our website at tmx.com. Reinstatement to trading can occur only
when the Cease Trade Order is revoked and the Exchange has
concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Company has
satisfactorily complied with Exchange requirement.
