"Technical Report"), dated October 26, 2016 with an effective
date of September 15, 2016, has been filed today and is

The Technical Report was independently completed for the Company by
P. James F. Barr, P. Geo., Senior
Geologist and Team Lead – Geology for Tetra Tech EBA Inc., in
accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of
Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
