announces that, further to its press release of June 1, 2020, in relation to the timing of the
filing of its interim financial statements for the period ended
March 31, 2020, the Corporation
still expects to file such documents on or prior to July 14, 2020. The delivery and filing of the Q1
documents were postponed due to logistics and delays caused by the
COVID-19 pandemic.
Petro-Victory confirms that other than as disclosed in the
Company's press releases and the annual financial statements filed
on June 15, 2020, there have not been
any material business developments since the issuance, on
June 1, 2020, of the Corporation's
news release regarding the postponement of the filing of its
interim financial statements.
