Show me a proof of a screen shot of your short position you have taken previously or currently, if not, then it doesn't exist or never existed. Why are you so worried about what I'm doing obviously you've checked me out and you can see that I was right on every post that I made on those stocks that I listed. Without his BD name or FCA registration number I can't trace him or his transactions.

Island of Jersey I think only has about 103,000 people and it does seem odd that a guy from Pennsylvania is somehow linked to a financial BD there. Although Jersey is known to be a financial center.

He could be British but I looked over their posts and they don't seem to write in the style of European. In fact, his posts seem crude and unrefined - something I wouldn't really find with a person who is involved with a BD in Jersey.

Do I believe him? Not really. Is it possible? Maybe.

So, you own a BD. You are buying penny stocks for your own portfolio/inventory (I assume?). You then are shorting those same stocks in your portfolio/inventory.

So, what you are telling me is you are "short selling against the box?" Or are you closing out the long position?

The only other way is if you are not buying for your own BD to have as inventory then you need to "locate" those stocks from another BD which would then have fees and interest. Which would be cost prohibitive. And that's assuming they even have these illiquid stocks on hand.

And it's easy to fool these OTC "investors". Don't publish any test results, just say you are "excited with the progress". Just talk science in your PRs and paid interviews. Not about how your product works, just in general talk about the science of how a drug would work. OTC investors are overwhelmed and can't digest the info... that results in them being impressed and convinced their company is "real". I have yet to see a SINGLE OTC biotech investor that showed any significant knowledge of drugs/biology. By definition, anyone with this knowledge wouldn't buy in the first place!

Just throw in a few patents because OTC investors think patents are a big deal (they are easy to get and mean nothing as far as drug quality) and you get a nice story to sell the fools!

Oh yes, you can throw in the infamous "plans to uplist" to ice the cake. I've never seen that not work either!

That's the formula. I have yet to see it not work in the short term.

"Biotech's" in the OTC are a great scheme for many nefarious characters.

You never have to produce revenues, and you can just keep putting out fluff PR's. It's simple, effective and keeps the "company" alive.

I've seen this scheme multiple times with a "screening platform acquisition." And this exact one was already done with another ticker.

$FITY ~It was considering the past three days of trading prior to yesterday! Look at the one month chart at the top right of this page and you'll see it totaling approximately 650 million shares traded of which 300 million appear to have been shorted, thus the main reason why there are FUD stirring bashers in here trying to PUMP a DUMP.
