1 billion of that 2.6 billion can't even be sold until like .005 even then I think it might only be 500 million the other 500 million was added to the float 3-4 years ago when it was above .01 and never appeared to be sold so it actually might be owned by someone that has died or something because when will show as added to the float once it comes off restriction but to tell if they sold it it will appear in as Held by DTC which 1 billion hasn't

There is no need to RS a 1.6B float that moves 800% on $500K dollar volume. It would damaging to an incoming entity because it would diminish or even destroy the liquidity of the stock.

short sellers like cave benefits on RS he's counting on it... though a huge chunk is owned by Control block aka insiders that i'd guess will be retired once RM is done

At the current share structure a reverse merger is not beneficial. They would want around a 100:1 reverse split before a reverse merger

Are there any benefits to an RM with FUNR? Treat it like a "shell" then move it and jettison the worst of the lot?

I disagree, I've been involved in a few stocks that the CEO gave that type of info out, and some, less than scrupulous people interfered with the merging company screwing everything up

As wingtrade says, until it's in a filing or PR it's not news. We got 7 days to see how honest Ethan is.

Yep, waiting on two more. I said we could July 4 in my Last post which is the same. But again I don't hold onto the third PR until the 8K is ready which in my view from practice could be delayed. I want the term sheet detail details the letter of intent details in the second PR so we know who we're dealing with.  that will be very.
