Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On December 13, 2021, Good Gaming, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the mainnet launch of the NFT game MicroBuddies™ will be on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM EST. This announcement comes after more than 95% of players involved in Beta I and Beta II testing programs voted to launch the game at this time, based on gameplay and user experience.

 

The Company also announced that the OTC Markets has officially removed the Shell Risk designation symbol from the OTCIQ system.
